Francis has been teaching since 1993 and has enjoyed success as a professional competitor and pro-am teacher. Francis is a certified dance teacher and has coached Ballroom teams for Tufts University, UMASS Boston, and MIT. He has also judged numerous amateur competitions. When he is not busy dancing and teaching, Francis is a stay-at-home dad to his two girls.
