Our Space, Your Community

The Fitz Community Center is located in the center of Pepperell, MA in the former Peter Fitzpatrick School and has several rooms available for rental for all your needs. From birthday parties to meetings to open mic night – we can host just about any event you can imagine and have a variety of options for you to host your event with us.

The Fitz also offers long-term rentals and leases in rooms. Please contact us directly if you are interested.

Approximate capacities are indicated below and vary based on room configuration.

  • Auditorium with Stage – 200 people
  • Community Rooms – 25-40 people based on configuration (meetings and small activities)
  • Gymnasium (approx 59.5′ x 45.4′) – 200 people
  • Commercial Kitchen (coming 2024)
  • Big Backyard Playground / Outdoor Field Areas
